1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Arc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If you are using Arc on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Description of Service
Arc provides an AI-powered lead generation platform including lead finding, data enrichment, personalized outreach, email deliverability tools, workflows, and integrations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity under your account
Providing accurate account and billing information
Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws (including anti-spam laws like CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA)
4. Subscriptions & Payment
Plans are monthly or annual with automatic renewal
Payments are processed securely by our third-party provider (Stripe)
No refunds except as required by law
You may upgrade or downgrade anytime — changes take effect next billing cycle
5. Free Trial
7-day free trial with full feature access
No credit card required to start
Sending and enrichment limits may apply during trial
Trial converts to paid subscription unless canceled before end
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Send spam or unsolicited messages violating anti-spam laws
Use Arc for illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities
Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the platform
Overload or disrupt service
Share access with unauthorized users
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
7. Intellectual Property
Arc and its features are owned by us or our licensors
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription
You retain ownership of your leads, email content, and uploaded data
You grant us a license to process your data to provide the service
8. Termination
You may cancel anytime via account settings
We may terminate for breach of terms or non-payment
Upon termination, access ends immediately; data may be deleted after 30 days (export available on request)
9. Warranty & Liability
Service provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation
We aim for 99.9% uptime on paid plans
Liability limited to amounts paid in prior 12 months
No liability for indirect or consequential damages
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved in Delaware courts or via arbitration.
